Nowadays, our life is getting more and more comfortable.People get more and more rich, but they usually forget or ignore their family because of working busily.
So their family just like their parents and children will not receive in good hands. But parents and children need guidance and care indeed. It is a contradiction appeared in front of us .
From junior high school to university,we always live in the school. It led to we could not have much time living with our parents together. After we graduated from college ,we were busy with our work, still had no time to take care of our parents. They live alone .You can image that:they walk off balance,no others can support them with hand;their memory is bad, always forget something.
Even when we married and had an child, in order to be charged with our family,we still have no time to share with our parents and children. Our parents live so alone, out children can not get good care and Early Childhood Education.
Can you bear all of above happened to you?
Now there is a association to resolve this contradiction. It is Canadian Caregivers’ Association (CCA),which is a non-for-profit organization that was established to protect the rights of Canadian families and caregivers from all over Canada and warn them about malpractices in this business.
The Canadian Caregivers Association (CCA) has represented caregivers and Canadian interests for years. Working with industry partners to create new standards of practice, the CCA advocates many important changes that need to be made to guarantee caregiver rights and meet the needs of Canadian families.
As an Employer you might find a suitable caregiver by using the Non-for-Profit placement option that is available to you. CCA’s recommendation is to use a reliable Full-Service agency that could provide the placement and customized service that you need for your family, and this is CCA’s goal.
